With over 15 years of nursing experience, Jenny Ferlicchi has dedicated her career to helping individuals navigate complex health challenges with dignity, clarity, and compassion. Her diverse clinical background includes critical care, cardiac nursing, hospice, and inpatient rehabilitation case management, equipping her with both the clinical expertise and empathy needed to advocate effectively for aging adults and their families.
Jenny holds a Master of Science in Nursing and founded HarborView Care Management Solutions following her deeply personal experience navigating the healthcare system on behalf of her mother, who lived with vascular dementia after multiple strokes and has since passed away. Serving as both a nurse and a daughter gave Jenny firsthand insight into the emotional, medical, and logistical challenges families face during serious illness, decline, and end of life.
That experience shaped HarborView’s mission to bridge the gap between medical care and compassionate coordination. At HarborView, Jenny provides personalized care plans, medication oversight, crisis support, and strong clinical advocacy tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her approach is grounded in clinical excellence, transparency, and the understanding that no family should have to navigate aging and complex care alone.
